Five new COVID-19 patients discharged in Lagos, total now 90

OutlLagos State Government on Thursdaydischarged five COVID-19 patients from the Infectious Diseases Hospital, Yaba. This is bringing to 90 the number of patients successfully managed and discharged from isolation facilities in the state. Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, who disclosed this on his verified twitter handle; @jidesanwoolu, said that the patients, made up of three females and two males, have been released to reunite with the society having fully recovered after testing negative twice consecutively for COVID-19. The Governor appealed to residents of the state to continue to stay at home, practice social distancing and observe the highest possible personal and hand hygiene.
